Hungry Pets Club (HPC) is a grass-roots organization founded by a group of local students in 2012 to help collect pet food for low-income individuals so that they don”t have to surrender their pets to already over-burdened animal shelters. Sometimes these peoples” four-legged friends are all these folks have left in their lives. HPC also works to raise awareness of the need for preventive programs like Daffy”s Pet Soup Kitchen which works to keep families and their pets together!
