Aurora Theatre Funny Fridays continues club comedy performances on the square in downtown Lawrenceville with an exciting, unique show in May. Headliner Arthur Atsma will take the Funny Fridays stage with his renowned Crazy Amazing Comedy Magic Mentalism Show on May 20 at 7:15 and 9:15 p.m.

The magically entertaining Arthur Atsma has taken his act across the nation for the last 20 years. Weaving cutting edge, fast paced sleight of hand magic tricks with razor sharp wit are the hallmark of an Arthur Atsma show.

The Crazy Amazing Comedy Magic Mentalism Show is an extraordinary exhibition of mental prowess with a thread of good-natured humor twisted throughout. Crowds will be amazed, astonished and question the limits of the human brain, while simultaneously experiencing laughter, joy and an overall good feeling!

Atsma compares his show with some of his most famous contemporaries; “I have always wondered why Chris Angel and David Blaine look so upset when they are performing. I mean, really, if I had the power to do what they did, I would be a pretty jovial person! In my show, Crazy Amazing Comedy Magic Mentalism Show, I demonstrate just that. Incredible mental theatrics and experiments in sleight of mind with a comedic twist that is not a dreary ride preying on peoples fears and phobias, rather a positive experience of laughter and comedy as improbable situations working out in impossible fashion.” He goes on to assure potential audience members, “Though the show is astonishing, it won”t creep you out.”#

Tickets are $15 per person. For more information, visit www.auroratheatre.com.
