Voting ends Sept. 1 for the annual Gwinnett Magazine Best of Gwinnett special edition, which will be available this December. It”s easy, free, and gives everyone an opportunity to recommend favorite people and places.
Past winners said that not only are they proud of the accolade, but that the Best of Gwinnett designation has landed them more business.
Brian Perdue, CEO of 124 Group – which includes businesses like Salon 124 and Genesis Salon – said being recognized through the publication “is great word of mouth. Nothing”s more important than when current clients go out and tell others “this is where I go, and you ought to try it.””
Another past winner – Larry Talbert of Talbert Insurance Services – said that Best of Gwinnett has “helped our brand.”
“It”s meant quick brand recognition…and more respect,” Talbert said.
