Atlanta History Center
From the Native Americans to the 1950″s, the Atlanta History Center gives kids a blast into the past with their summer camps by exploring America through its wars, food, innovations, discoveries and even its bizarre mysteries. Campers will enjoy a variety of hands-on activities that will educate them on America”s vast history. Fernbank Planetarium
Looking to go out of this world? Maybe to infinity and beyond? Check out the Fernbank Planetarium, a celestial theater in the round that guides audiences through the wonders of space and the universe. Don”t miss the children”s program, Here Comes The Sun, running now through June 3, which answers questions about the closest star to the Earth – the Sun. Admission costs are $4 for adults and $3 for children.

Gwinnett County Public Library Summer Reading Program
Gwinnett County Public Library Summer Reading Program will help improve and maintain your children”s reading skills throughout the summer while also encouraging them to read in a fun and free way. This program – designed for kids of all ages – starts on May 22 and runs through August 13. Readers across Gwinnett will have the opportunity to set goals, keep track of their reading and collect great prizes!
