Growing Suwanee Firm Adds Three Key Specialists

Three experienced professionals have joined Suwanee-based GrandView Strategic Partners* and GrandView Planning Group**, adding significant depth and breadth to the combined firms” expertise in tax and accounting**, risk management, employee benefits, wealth accumulation and preservation, and succession planning.

New to the GrandView team are Marcia Hall, business development and operations specialist (GrandView Planning Group**); David Morris, CFP, CLU, CLTC, director of risk management and succession planning (GrandView Strategic Partners*); and Amy Fuchs, director of client service and experience (GrandView Strategic Partners*).

Marcia Hall applies her accounting**, administration and human resources** background to help GrandView Planning Group clients manage, grow and protect their businesses. As operations specialist, Hall supports business tax and accounting activity”including servicing clients” QuickBooks software with the ability to set up, clean up and train business owners and staff to use the powerful accounting system. In addition, Hall helps clients establish strong administrative procedures such as budgets, handbooks, job descriptions and hiring guidelines that build a strong foundation on which to grow. She also serves in a business development capacity at GrandView.

Hall”s career includes a five-year tenure at North American Bioproducts Corporation as director of finance and HR, where she gained merger and acquisition experience managing the company”s liquidity event. She is a graduate of Georgia State University.

David Morris brings exceptional business and personal planning expertise to the GrandView team, helping clients strategically manage risk. As director of risk management and succession planning, Morris works closely with clients to clearly identify their goals and recommend potential solutions to help meet objectives. He works synergistically with GrandView tax, accounting, and business advisory professionals to recommend the insurance solutions that protect businesses, including key person, buy-sell (shareholder), debt protection and revenue protection, as well as services that help prepare a business for sale.

Morris has more than 15 years of experience, including five as a financial representative with Northwestern Mutual, the largest direct provider of life insurance in the U.S. He has a B.S. in economics from Florida State University, and an MBA from Texas A&M University”Mays Business School.

Amy Fuchs is responsible for the client experience at GrandView. In her position as director of client service and experience, she serves not only as a key contact, but is responsible for defining, implementing and managing the closed-loop processes that ensure the prompt, efficient and coordinated service GrandView clients expect.

Prior to joining the GrandView team, Fuchs worked more than 10 years in administration, sales and marketing capacities within the investment banking, private wealth management and real estate industries, including with UBS Private Wealth Management working with ultra high net-worth clients and institutional investors. Insurance licensed in health, life and variable annuities, and Series 7, 63, 65, 3 and 4 FINRA licensed, Fuchs graduated from Northeastern University.

Morris, Fuchs and Hall join Ken Neal, co-founder and director of tax strategies and services; Gary Glover, director of investment strategy and philosophy; Robin Felkel, client service and experience specialist; Laurie McClain, comprehensive planning strategist; and McFarland to round out GrandView”s integrated financial services team.
