Co-Founded by Dacula native Jennifer Gietzen, Project Sip is a joint venture of herself and friend Kathryn McCrary who enjoy finding methods to reinvent the cocktail. “We started this last summer with the intention of making really delicious seasonal cocktails that contained five or six ingredients or less,” Jennifer says. “It’s something we really enjoy.”

Jennifer, who is a hand letterer and designer by trade, teamed up with her friend Kathryn—a lifestyle photographer— as a way to combine their talents and passion. The duo—whose drinks have been featured in several national food publications—recently shared a tart springtime cocktail with Gwinnett Magazine.

  • juice of 3 meyer lemons
  • 2 Tbsp of sugar
  • 2 double shots of gin
  • ½ double shot of rosemary simple syrup
  • splash of lemon Italian soda
  • splash of club soda
