Georgia Gwinnett College’s School of Business programs provide tomorrow’s leaders with knowledge and skills necessary to become lifelong learners, successful members of the workforce and engaged citizens. Recently accredited by the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business, GGC’s School of Business received a designation given to only the top five percent of business programs in the world.

Theory and practice come together in the curriculum, which uses real-world challenges to develop an understanding of the societal, organizational and individual impacts of business decisions. In addition to basic business principles and practices, the program emphasizes and integrates technological innovation, ethics, social responsibility and internationalization.

The School of Business offers the bachelor of business administration degree with concentrations in the following areas:
Accounting // Economics // Finance // International Business
Management // Management Information Systems // Marketing
Minor: Business Administration (non-business majors)

Mariam Mirzoyan ‘17

When Mariam Mirzoyan came to GGC, she had returned from living in Germany and was worried that she had lost her study skills. The support of her loved ones and mentorship from her GGC professors propelled her to succeed. “When people believe in you, you have an obligation to prove them right,” she says. A native Armenian, Mariam graduated with a degree in business administration and a concentration in international business. Her numerous campus leadership roles, study aboard experience in international business and fluency in three languages have prepared Mariam to make her mark.
